No service at ALL

I app**** for a cell phone contract about two weeks ago, I was immediately approved but told that they have no stock and will keep me updated until stock arrive, I have not had one phone call to be updated. They do not take any phone calls they say as they have one on one service which is very laughable as there is no service at this branch. I have been into the store about 5 times, I have spoken to the Manageress who told me the sales person was suppose to keep me updated and that she will speak to him. Now either she didn't bother speaking to him or he just doesn't care because still no updates no phone!! This was suppose to be my son's birthday gift! Thank you Telkom for messing his birthday up, I phoned another branch who at least take phone calls but still no one can tell me when stock will arrive. Telkom is advertising all these great deals but they have no phones in stock and also not able to tell you when they will have, all they say is you have to wait!!! This is unacceptable!
