NO SERVICE AT ALL..... ! ! !

A few weeks ago I Ordered a Smart phone on the Telkom Online website. They confirmed my order by having sent me an email. However.....up to date......after having sent numerous emails to Telkom requesting the state of my order.....I have never received a reply from them.
