No service at all

I have called 8 times to ask for my ADSL to be relocated. Every time I call back to confirm it has been processed I get told that nothing had been ordered and they can't find my application even though I give them the reference number I was given each time I called I am moving in two days and I need my ADSL to be moved. The service is disgusting and I regret using Telkom
