No Service at all

We signed an application form on 18 October for a special that Telkom had. It has almost been 2 Months later and still we have not received any service from them. They keep on sending messages that they will come and install the line but NO TELKOM!!!!!!! We asked them to phone us 1 Hour before they are to come to our house they did not even do that.

We went to one of the stores and they logged an complaint as well and still no response from them.

They are useless and have no communication with their customers!!!!!!! I will not recommend them to anybody.
