no service at all

I normally get my data on the 1st of the month. I did not try to use it until yesterday when i tried today it gave me an put of data error when i called the call centre on 081180 i was told that i used it on the 3rd between 8am to 12pm later that story was changed to me using it on the second when i asked for more information i was told to log a query with Icasa when i asked to speak to a team leader i was told that i should cancel my contract. To ayanda and your team leader Sihle thanx for no help i am disgusted by your service. After waiting on the line for over an hour i was then told a call back would be requested but you also told me in not so many words that i shouldn't be hopeful and rather email your complaints department. You people are terrible!!!!!
