No service at all
<p>Logged a problem with LTE router 8 weeks ago still not resolved.</p> <p>Over a week ago it got esculated and still no news.</p> <p>Technician has been out over week ago and found no fault in setup, hardware.</p> <p>Technician suspects oversubscription as problem.</p> <p>REF No. ********** 9</p> <p>Have been on phone in total for over 4 hours on hold.</p> <p>Telkom you are not delivering wjhat I am paying for, at least have the decency to RESPOND</p>
