No service and told they will not repair the service

Our line are dead since 08 March 2019 already. Have reported the matter via all availible channels. eg tellephone, messages and facebook. Got feedback that the cables has been ****** and that Telkom is not going to replace it. 5 months into the 24 month contrack and they cant provide the service anymore. Was told a rep would phone me with an alternative but still nothing. I will not be liable for any payments for service not rendered.
