No Service and still paying

<p>ADSL service not workign for three months, cancelled srvice and still paying. </p> <p> </p> <p>Have sent cancellation in three times, been to store three times, promised it will be sorted out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still nothing and still receiving bills. </p> <p> </p> <p>Have been told numerous times that if the servi e is not working you will not be charged. </p> <p> </p> <p>And have cancelled the service, so what netx?? </p>
