No Service and Reduced Line speed

Track record of service:<br> <br> 19 March 2015 - 958CTK190315 - No Service (in response it was stated that Telkom would try to resolve the problem within 6 days)<br> <br> Phone calls to Telkom:<br> 18, 24, 26, 31 March 2015<br> 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 April <br> accumulating in about 3 hours on the phone with Telkom service desk.<br> <br> 2 April 2015 Escalated Nr - 682489<br> 11 April 2015 - Escalated email received<br> <br> 12 April 2015 - The line came back, however the line speed was about half of what is was previously<br> <br> 13 April 2015 - #681539 - Complaint about the speed <br> 16 April 2015 - 4CTK160415 - No Service <br> <br> As can be seen above I had no service for about a month and when the line came back up I got a constant download speed of 110 kb/s for a 2 Mb/s line (previously before the 19 March my line speed was a constant 190 Kb/s). Which lasted a total of 4 days before it went off again. <br> <br> As such a few question need to be asked:<br> <br> Have Telkom reduced my line speed to a 1 Mb/s line?<br> Will I be paying for a 1 Mb/s line or a 2 Mb/s?<br> If it took 3 weeks to fix a line that was stated to be resolved in 6 days, how long will it take to fix a line that they stated will only be fixed in 10 working days?
