No service and no response from Telkom

We have been without internet now for 6 days. We have contacted Telkom numerous times to no avail. A technician was apparently assigned to us 2-3days ago but we have not seen him. We managed to get his number and he said he never received a job card. This is absolutely pathetic service and we will take this further if need be. Technician is Morne Strydom
