No service and no feedback. Telkom does not care.

I have been begging for 6 days now since reporting my fault for telkom to fix it and they don't fix it or give me feedback. I phone everyday and just no progress. They just don't care and it seems they are not willing to fix my line and adsl. It is now a week since I have reported the fault. The cables are lying in full view on the street on the premise of our complex with seemingly suspicious connections and they don't seem do anything about it. It is lying on top of the soil They just don't care and everyday I hear the same story it will be handed to the technicians for ASAP fixing, but no fixing happens, no feedback or updating me on any progress. Just nothing at all!
