No service and no feedback

We have reported our telkom wifi line on the 2nd of December. We had no service from them. We have been phoning for the last 16 day to hear what is going on and when will this be fixed. We have a escelation ref nr and the promised was that the tecnition will be here to fix on the 14th of December. So today is the 18th and still nothing has been done.
