No service and no feedback

Reported a fault for a dead phone line on 17 July. After a week and many fruitless calls from me nobody has bothered to call back or let me know what the problem is. When you eventually get hold of somebody all they do is promise to get back to you and never does. The self service option on the web site is also useless and when you ask for a status report it only shows the call that was initially logged and nothing further. This is not bad service it is no service at all.
