No service and No connection

<p>Three weeks ago my line was dead for more than a month I waited patiently for the line to be fixed just for the line to fail again 3 weeks later. I have logged another call to report the fault it's been a week now and I nobody has contacted me regarding the issue. The service im getting currently is horrific.</p>

I still haven't recieved any feedback on this, I tried contacting the guys on facebook as well and i have phoned as well but still no response.

A week later and still no response and no feedback. Now my landlines is dead completely. I can just as well cancel this line. This is seriously a waist of time.
