No service and lies

My order for a new service was cancelled the without reason. I was told that I will get an installation date within 3 to 5 working days. Then it changed to 21 working days. Requested that a manager phone me from the Orders Department and the the Billing Department. Tried to contact using Facebook and Twitter. They only want money, without providing a service.
