No service and lies

organised over a month ago for our line to get adsl. It was supposed to be installed on 3rd November. So they activated adsl on their side but have not sent a technician to give us a splitter do that we can use the adsl. Every day this week we have phoned and the sales consultant keeps saying a technician has been assigned. Today we phoned and I spoke to Tammy Reddy who said the technician will come out today. I managed to get hold of someone that works in this town with Telkom and they have said thay have received no such order/instruction. So the lies with Telkom continue
