no service and if you get it its bad

I was at twlkom stores appling for a contract 2 weeks later still nothing made a hello peter complaint got a responce by replyng and got a tracking number still no responce im just waitng for a contract but if this is they way telkom handle cliends i dont want to be one i was at that stores 4 times they c ant help me so i try to call no answering try email no repling so wat must a man do just to get service? Who is going to pay my timr and petrol wasted on going in store everytime to get no service or contract telkom say great deals wish we can get great service that is why everyone is conplaing google twlkom kilenade only bad reviews please close your doors i wont stop hello peter complaint tilk i get my contract and will share this on all sosial medias telkom soooo bad . So please dont give me a tracking number again give me serivce
