No service and empty promises

I have requested a voice line and fibre to be relocated on the 19th Nov 2020. Several calls to Telkom as well as visiting the store they still did not reconnect my service at the new home. Appointments made to complete installation not honored, they do not pitch up and don't even bother to keep you updated. Even billing met for the period I am without their service!!
