No service and communication

Last Saturday we reported our phone is not working. Monday my husband received a message they are working on the problem. Thursday our phone rang out of the blue, but always people looking for somebody else not living here. Friday a man phoned. He was phoning his own number, but always ring in our home. I then phoned our number from my cellphone, but our phone did not ring and wherever it was ringing nobody answered. We are paying for a service we do not get and we are very dependent on the internet for work, but we do not have access. Telkom does not answer their phones- I tried twice but gave up after 35minutes of listening to the same music. Today August the first we are still without service. With telkom lines clealy mixed up
