No service and

In the past 5 months I basically had only 2 weeks of service but I’m still paying the full monthly bill. I’ve tried to call the call centre but they never seem to be working. I’ve decided to cancel just line as I’m sick of this terrible service. Please let someone contact me to cancel this service.
