No Service - AI***

<p>I have been with Telkom for 3 years and have 7 contracts. After most electric storms networks do go down. In 2014 I had limited internet access and seported it several times and nothing happened even after using social media and HP. Final in December 2015 i logged another call which I followed up almost every day. It took almost a year later to rectify after I suggested a fixed that Voda would do. The network was fine until more than a month ago, after another electric storm, when all the neworks went down for no longer than 3 hours except for Telkom. I had 2 more similar faults with Cell C which was rectified within 3 hours even after they contacted Eskom. It is more than a month now and Telkom network is still slow and on and off. BEFORE YOU EVER BUY FROM TELKOM PLEASE READ THEIR CUSTOMER VIEWS ON FACEBOOK AND HELLOPETER. Absolutly disgusting.</p>
