No service again!

wifi off again and payment was made!!!!!!!!!!!!! I requested a callback yesterday and still awaiting a call. It is so difficult to get hold of a telkom consultant or to get assistance from telkom standard...... But they quick to send invoices and put peoples accounts off for no reason
