NO SERVICE AFTER A PROMISE OF 48 HOURS

About 3 weeks ago I tried to lodge a complaint about an internal problem on Telkom line. Telephonicly I held on for 1 1/2 hours, no joy. I send an sms and they rep**** that a technician will tend to the problem within 48 hours. It has been 7 days since that promise. NOW THAT IS NO SERVICE. I am truly disappointed in Telkom. I lodged a service problem again this morning. They will let a know in an hours time what our reference number is.<br>
