No service

I went online input my details four times telkom mobile calls me they do not even wait 3 secs and cuts the call the moment i say hello.i then call them from my cellphone and i am given a 10213 no to dial .this call was answered after 20 mins and lasted 57mins just to do an application.given all the details i am told it takes another 2 days for this to be processed just to find out if you successful or not ...why does this have to be such a long process i mean telkom mobile should surely have the ability to do this all within 24 hours.i just find their staff and processes too long i mean if it takes more than 30mins just to do an application .very low service levels .im disappointed after my visit to their gateway store i thought the online service would be better i guess its service all around is bad.
