No service

Our landlind has been down for one month now. We own a very busy company and have been loosing serious amount of business. We phoned Telkom a month ago, not one person has come to our premises even though we have phoned more than 6 times. Every week we get the '' we promise we will be there today speech'' We got told that today a technician will be here, yet nothing. Disgusted with Telkom and have gotten to the point where i have no more energy to deal with you.. If no one is at our premises to day to simply fix our land line then i will be moving else where as your service or lack there of is unabareable. I expect someone to call me and to sort this out.
