No Service

Worst service from Telkom ever !!!!!! It has been 3 weeks now since I have asked about the add on deal on my existing Telkom line !!! I asked for the Playstation 4 add on deal on my existing ADSL line and phoned numerous Telkom direct stores with no answer. I then got a direct number of a Telkom direct store and an e-mail address which of I can't send a e-mail as it keeps on returning and no one answers the phone !!!!! It seems that all the Telkom direct stores can't help and can't answer their phones at all even though it is a branch managers direct landline number !!!! Can anyone assist me or must I go Elsewhere ? Please just tell me and I will cancel all my things with you and go to Vox Telecom !!!! The number I got from Telkom call centre was *** and the e-mail was [Email Removed] . Please just let me know if you don't want to help me so that I can go Elsewhere !!!!!!
