no service

I refer to fault 67CNK310116 in which my internet service is not working despite numerous calls being made to your fault line. Your staff simply hang up when they can go no further. This is incompetence and one wonders how high this goes. I am now paying for a service that i do not have, probably many others considering how Telkom is vilified in the media. To all those prospective subscribers think ten times before you sign.
