No service

<p>We are a school. Our Telephone lines got ****** on the 27th of June 2017 - that is 5 weeks ago. Since that day nobody did a thing to restore service to this institution!! All users have reported the problem via the their cell phones. The response I got from them is that they cannot deal with my complaint, I must phone a certain number or lock in to their web site. How on earth can I phone them or go to their web site if I have no service through which I can wor**** </p>
