No service

<p>We have a business line that has not been working for three weeks now. Because of this we are losing business. We have been phoning telkom everyday since our line has not been working and everytime it is the same answer. We have been to a telkom shop and still no help. It is a big frustation. Telkom really needs to step up on their client service.</p>
