No service

<p>Early last week our line went dead, the guy busy at the pole checked and said that there is no problem from the pole to the phone and that the problem was at the exchange/on telkoms side. The next day the line was working...a couple days later the line went dead again. We logged a call and havent received any reponse since, I have tried calling in multiple times and was continuously told there is nothing they can do etc. What kind of service is that... your online chat doestn work as well - the agents just cancel the chat as soon as it opens.</p> <p>When will my line be working?</p>
