No service

<p>I have a problem with my line since last week. Internet not working and cant make or receive calls. The line is dead. I have been calling Telkom everyday about it and asking for updates. They don't call or sms to keep me updated. I have to call them all the time. I was told there's a problem in my area and they trying to fix it asap. Today I was told Telkom fixed the lines in my area, But my internet and line still off. Why so long? I'm losing my data. I want line working today! </p>
