No Service

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom has now for 3 weeks not fixed my damaged telephone line. I have been unable to make any call and when i refer the porblem to telkom customer service they say they dont know when someone will be sent out. So a large company like telkom can not tell a client if they have sent a repair team out?? This is pethetic. </p>
