no service

<p>not even 3 months and my telkom line again not working. The previous time the technician came out a month after reporting. Tuesday night at 11pm my line was just dead. Till now no one has come out. I use my line for my work as well as my husband. It looks like the problem is at the pole. Looks like rats eaten through the wire. But still no one has been sent out. I have phoned all my airtime out to 10210. No service. Telkom just doesnt care</p>
