No service

<p> I trying to cancel my line, since June 2016. I have send 23 emails. not even one reply. I have tried to phone them,,, i need to send it in writing. i have been to the Cape gate Branch, they cant help me there. what more must i do to cancel the line? and they just take the money every single month. </p>
