No service

<p>We app**** for a line and adsl on the 9th of December 2016. First they got the address wrong. Got the address corrected and the lady promised they will come and install it today 28 December 2016. Now we got a ********** they will only come and install 12 January 2017. What kind of service is that and clearly you don't want new business. If it don't get installed this week I will cancel my order.</p>
