I report the home line out of order yesterday morning at about 8H30 and i told the call agent to make a prior as my mother is elderly person . It is now beyond 24 hours and we still non work telkom line at house. How will my mom contact me if she falls in the house????
In the United Kingdom the elderly and pensioners are given prior. The call agent had very bad attude.
