No service

<p>My bussiness line has bee reported faulty since the 9th of Novemeber, EVERY day when I call I have been told that it has been escelated and that it has been assigned to a technician, so far NOT ONE person ahs called me to very they are sendign someone to fix the issue, I have to call you guys every day 5 times a day and hold for hours on end just to get nowhere!!!!</p> <p>We emailed the area managaer and we have emailed again and still nothing!</p>
