No service

<p>Acc No ********** 60001, phone is never working. Every Month i have to report it! Sick and tried of keeping track of your lack of service, I must call you to get a Credit, you provide the service and therefore should track when the phone is not working and automatically deduct the Credit!!! 4mg line speed my ass! Have reported that several times too, improves for a day or two once technician has been then goes back to being worse that dial up! Not receiving emailed statements with itemised billing because there is a technical problem since March 2016! Really. You are a internet service provider, provide the service that you sell? Have to go online to get Invoices and now going backwards with more months left on my contract, ***!! Phone not working again since Friday 4/11/2016, cut off while trying to call city power! But I pay my account every month. Sick of this lack of service!</p>
