NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Hi I went to your Greenstone store to open up a contract for your 2gb free me deal (sim only) on the 15th October, handed in all my documents to them. they said they can only capture it on the system on the sunday for some weird reason. i went back in on the sunday and they said they still unable to do this and they will phone me when they ready. i left for Durban on the Tuesday for work and did not recieve a call the hole week, so i went to the store on Saturday (23 October) and they said that they still waiting for bank verification before they can give me the contract, dont understand how it can take a week to do that, but anyway they said they will call me as soon as its done and that it should be on monday, well its no Wednesday and havnt heard from them, Please advise urgently!!!!! as i am currently spending over R200 a week on data and airtime well im waiting for your greenstone store to figure out what they need to do. please advise??????</p>
