No Service

<p>I have been logging a "staff fault" with Telkom for over a month now, everytime when I phone to check up on the progress, they say it has been closed. The problem is my neighbours line is hanging in front of my patio and through my swimming pool. It is a risk but Telkom does not think so</p>
