NO SERVICE!!!

<p>We have a Telkom business line as well as an ADSL line which are off once a week and the ADSL is very, very slow most of the time. We are phoning Telkom to investigate but they are not coming back to us to say why this is happening so frequently?? I am sending mails but do not get any response? Their service are very, very bad!!!</p>
