No Service

<p>My parents Telkom phone and ADSL line has been down for 2 whole weeks now. After incessantly calling their help line on an almost daily basis, we've been informed today that the job to fix the line has yet to be assigned to a technician! After 2 weeks! This service or should I say, lack there off is unacceptable. </p>
