No service

<p>I have been without a landline for three weeks now and phoning each day gets me no further. I have had my fault escalated but still no luck and I am unable to speak to a supervisor and the are always "in a meeting" and they never phone back when the call centre say they have asked them to. What can I do to get my line repaired</p>
