<p>I am very dissapointed with the service received from telkom. I opted to use their special of buy 1gid data for R99 on their freeme special and get 1gig data free. I recharged as per the sms received but todate have not received the free 1 gig of data per recharge. I contacted the call centre and they said they would escalate the matter and received a ref nr ********** 2. This was on Friday that this happened today is Wednesday and still nothing from telkom not a follow up nothing</p>

I am so furious words cant even explain hom i feel.........I just received and SMS from Telkom stating that the ref ********** 2 has been closed........ How the F*ck do you close my request without resolving the matter TODAY this MATTER is a week old and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FREE DATA. This is misrepresentation from telkoms side and costitutes to ***** looks like i would have to go the legal route. Enough is enough FYI i also recharged 2X in the week with the same "offer" and also did not receive anything on both occations. Please advise Telkoms position on this matter and the legal position you place yourself in. As usual i expect just another response from somebody with a ref number with no resolve

TODAY is a week THIS query is open and NOTHING has been done to rectify this. Telkom is commiting ***** by offering client data and not giving the client the free data as stipulated in your FREEME sms campaign. i even bought the same plan 2 more times in this week to see if i get the free data...............nothing. I will probably get another "general" reply from some data capturer stating my query has been escalated with another useless ref number. Mark my words you have not heard the last of me I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!!
