No service

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract since May, I went to the branch and they told me there are forms to fill in which I did and e-mailed. I did not get a response from them. I e-mailed again in June and got an automated response that they would get back to me in 21 days yet I have gotten no response from them still. This is terrible service and I never want to use Telkom ever again</p>
