NO SERVICE!!!!
<p>We have not had a working phone line or internet the enitire month. My husband is a Web Developer and cannot do any work. Telkom is making sure I cannot feed my kids or pay our bills. We reported this on the 12th of Aug and to date NOTHING has been done!!! If you guys are unwilling to fix it, then at the very least cancel my entire account, for I will not be able to pay any bills seeing as my husband cannot wor****!!</p>
Finally it all got fixed....
Still not happy about how long it took and that I first had to use this platform, but after I did the people who assisted were very kind and helpful!!
