<p>Everyday the line goes off at 11pm until 8.30am I have reported it many times without resolution. The fault gets closed. The latest fault 29ctz020816 was closed after I was asked if the phone was working. Now the line is out of order all day.</p>
I contacted your call centre and they said escalation codes start with 8. There is no knowledge of AI ********** . They logged 884252. It is not a general area fault so I don't know why its taking so long to resolve.

The fault was closed as resolved and the line is still not working. Please give me Mr Maseko's email address to get a resolution
