no service

<p>On the 22nd July I reported a fault with my telephone. Can't make or receive calls and no Adsl. I have been calling 10210 every day from my cellphone and get the same response i.e. a technician has been assigned to my case. I still don't have a working phone line. Where are these so called technicians?</p>
