No service

<p>A Telkom sales person sold me the R99.00 router data telephonically. My account was debited with R149.00 before the agreed debit date, I had to phone Telkom to find out when I will get the router. The router finally came after several days, I had to phone Telkom to find out why I can't connect my WiFi, they logged a lofted with their technicians, it's 4 days now still no call from the tech. I'm losing money holding on the line trying to get assistance their service is bad & pathetic.</p> <p> </p>
