No service

<p>I had billing related issues for the past 6 months. I got billed for the month of May even though i didn't have an adsl line as i waited for a month for telkom to install it at my residence. Telkom didn't want to activate my line after installment because the system said i was behind with that payment. I paid it so that i can have internet and Telkom said they would refund me for the month of may then and don't have to pay then for June. I still got a R640 bill and had not been refunded. And The Telkom lines had been damaged 2 weeks ago due to veld fire and i still have no internet for 2 weeks. Why must i pay even though i don't have service. </p>
